We absolutely love the fridge ,however when it arrived it had damage to the doors and draws. I phoned immediately to make Appliances Deals aware but was told because we had seen the fridge at the shop we should have noticed if there was any damage. If there was any damage while it was in the store, we should have been made aware of it so we could decide whether to take it or not. All we were told was that the carton and packaging was damaged. As things were getting a bit tense and confrontational, we were offered a $200 discount which we reluctantly took as we were aware the dents would always be there and noticed. Should you buy from AD, yes if everything goes right, but if you have a problem - you will lose.
