Purchasing Hisense

From initial contact to getting my fridge delivered I would have to ackonowledge the excellent service given. Mark was awesome from Appliance Deals. Nothing was too difficult and I had to transport this from the eastern states to Perth and they accomodated my requests. Nothing was too hard and would definately recommend purchasing from this company again. Well done.

Great customer service and a good deal

We specifically wanted this discontinued model of fridge and tracked the runout stock to here, purchasing it new at about a $800 discount from the RRP. Unfortunately the one that arrived had a couple of issues but David assured us they would look after us and within two business days we had a replacement model delivered which we are very happy with. The delivery men are delightful and took a lot of care getting the fridges in and out. Definitely recommend - just be aware the warranty is with the store not the manufacturer but to be honest I found the store much easier to deal with than the manufacturer directly, so don’t let this put you off a purchase. I’ll be looking here first for my next appliance.
