Ok but a bitter taste

I paid for and arranged to collect my Kelvinator on a Sunday without any issues and was told it would be available for collection during business hours for the next 2 weeks.
The following day I arranged a car to do the collection went out and was told that they didn't have the Kelvinator but would give me an equivalent unit. Fair enough, mistakes happen.
Once The new unit was loaded into the car I noticed that it had significant exterior damage.
Hopefully it works OK but I was pretty disappointed with the experience and won't buy from here again.
