Use the smart sensor food probe in conjunction with one of the cooking functions like Fan Cooking, Traditional Bake, Fan Assist Bake, or Roast. Some functions are auto programs where the cooking function, time and temperature are auto adjusted to deliver the best results when you either input the food weight or insert the food probe. To perfect bakery-style breads from home, allow the combination of hot air and steam in the SteamBake setting to create crispy breads with a moist centre.
