The Machine seems to be well made, and is easy enough to use. I didn't however get a manual with it, so im having to figure out the different cycles by trial and error. The quick cycles are good but you can't do a straight cold wash on them. The long cycles work very well and cold wash is an option but I haven't found one yet under a hour and that's without using the special features, they add hours to the cycles wash but the wash is exceptional on the longer cycles. But like I said I didn't get a manual on how to use them so I'm really hit and miss with my results but the machine works as advertised. It's not very loud which is good but differs from cycle to cycle depending on which one you use. But overall not noisy. The soap despenser is good and accounts for each cycle so you may have left over but can be used in the next wash, again this depends on the cycle you use. Be careful to clean the pump filter down the bottom of the machine, I found a video one YouTube to explain this to me its suggested that this is done every few months, I haven't yet done it but doesn't seem to be hard to do. If you are washing pet blankets check the door seal for hair as it builds up inside it. Overall I'm very pleased with my new machine and is very easy to use but I suggest that get a manual with your machine to make it easier to maintain a long lifespan of your machine. Proper maintenance will produce a better wash and longevity of your machine.
